Anybody have any suggestion about a non chinese site where I could find these items?

Do you want to buy from a non-Chinese vendor or do you want a non Chinese-made part? If its the former, there's plenty as Cody pointed out. The latter....good luck, mate.

Lumberg NEB/J 21 C is made in Japan, very good quality and not very expensive. In EU you can get them at Banzai, TME and Elfa distrelec.

Can get the Lumberg dc jacks branded as both Lumberg and Multicomp Pro through Farnell.
