1st of the ‘knockouts’ today, hopefully the excitement will kick off
Any predictions? More importantly can U S A do it?

OOF, fingers crossed. All the predictions are roughly even chances of a win, loss, or draw.innerflight wrote: ↑Tue Nov 29, 2022 3:12 pm 1st of the ‘knockouts’ today, hopefully the excitement will kick off

Great day yesterday, Poland and Mexico really fighting for a spot
Great to see USA and the Aussies battle through, both have tough games coming up

Re: World Cup 2022
another crazy day at the world cup
Morocco topping the group and Belgium gone...Lukaku had some decent chances to get the Belgium win too.
Tonight with about 20 mins to go both Spain and Germany were out...Spain scraped though with a shock top of the table for Japan, but the second goal I'm still unsure about....looked out from the normal footage we got and I've still to see the angle where VAR decided the whole ball wasn't over the line

I hate VAR with a passion, that penalty Argentina got yesterday was a complete farce
You’re right though it was a crazy end to that group

Big day yesterday, both quarters going to penalties. Croatia proving what a great ‘team’ can do rather than relying on a superstar. Having said that Argentina are really starting to impress and have Messi on top
