Maybe :hihi: There was a transition between the two. The 'Dark Blues' model :teeth2:
worldcatalyst wrote:So are those of us who've been waiting for one with V&R get the option to choose between the two when are names come up?

Also, just how apparent is the difference between the two models? Any differentiation in gain levels at all?
Yup.

Pretty obvious. Kinda like Show No Mercy versus Seasons in the Abyss. Dark has more of everything.

How they sound :badteeth: See below...
worldcatalyst wrote:One more question. Is there a lot of low end growl to the dark compared to the Blues?
Yup. I will get some clips or some shit sorted to demonstrate the differences.
molokaio wrote:I'm assuming dark. since it's a 2008\9
I'm 99.99% the first Dark's would have been from around January 2009.

I'm only using the term 'Dark' as its in use already to state or hint at a certain usage in regards to the Meathead. You might wanna play old school Rock and Blues shit with the Dark Titan. You might wanna play heavy shit with the Blues Model, its still the one I use myself. Its mainly a difference in its core tone.

So its not Dark in tone in general just its a louder, more heavy duty and wider in its frequency response. You could use it for Darker sounds, if you dig.
