I found them in a 50year old taperecorder...
No markings.
I think they'r kinda cute. :zgrin:

i'll bet they're diodes of some kind :captain:

I doubt it. They dont seem to have any polarity indicator. I suspect they are film caps of some sort.

my first guess was diodes too. there's a way to tell for sure- get out your meter and check the voltage drop.

I think they're diodes?
I'm always finding them in old junk
The polarity is probably marked with red on one side
They look like they're supposed to have a neg side?

Idd, only one side is red.
My DMM indicates a 1,5V and 1,6V Voltage drop.
