You know what turns me on about my new Rooster?

The fact that at some point in this specific pedal's build, it flustered Linzi... so fucking hot!

And Linzi... you meant Built.... GOSH!

OC45: This tranny makes a huge difference. I've owned 3 Roosters (including this one) and this one has the most grit and balls of the three. You can literally hear Linzi's frustration through this stompbox. Any of you remember how perplexed I was about the first Red Rooster I bought? I was a noob then and thought that the Red Rooster added "fuzz" to the sound. Well this one doesn't but it sure does add spice and grit. I love spice and grit. I am proud to own this and it has become the staple of my rig. Anywhere I go, anyone asking about my tone, I'll be proud to say that D*A*M is the reason!

that's one of the best bottom plate inscriptions ever, maybe we need a thread exclusively for plate inscriptions

Fully... I'm kinda jealous on the new look... I dig the no led/no pop thing... Once the 66 list is done i might have to consider getting a new one after the drag'n'fly...

Super happy for you CA! I cant wait for mine to show up. MMM...grit and balls! Sounds like a good Western flick! :bong3: I was doing a little Rooster/TB testing tonight as I have 3 RRs in my possession tonight each with a different tranny! I still have my Swart Atomic Boost w/glass mullard OC44 that was also getting stomped. I do wish I had a good way to record that I could post. I doubt a video camera on my Wife's PnS camera is going to catch the sound of each flavor tranny verses (say) gearmandude's or Burger666 sets theirs up.

Anyway the results have been interesting! :stirpot:

Now a picture of all the D*A*M bottoms would be cool! I can even do that :lol2:

I dig the new looks too, so much that I ordered a second unit from V&R.

It's damn pretty. And what is so cool is that my 1966 just looks like a bigger brother with the same color and chicken head knobs and no LED!

I love running two treble boosters in line. I can have the non-LED model running all the time and use the LED model for switching on and off. It is monster.
